Where is PB from, and do you have a physical store?
We are from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and unfortunately, we do not have a physical store. Thus, all orders will be shipped from KL, Malaysia once we receive your order through our site.
How long does it take to receive my item after each purchase?
Handling Time: 1-3 business days.
Domestic Delivery Time: 1-7 business days.
International Delivery Time: 3-14 business days.
What is your refund policies?
We value your satisfaction above all else. Unfortunately, goods sold are not refundable or returnable. Please be aware that all garments are vintage or secondhand. Returns or exchanges are not accepted once purchases are made. Please kindly review all images, measurements, and conditions. It is our priority to answer all your questions before items are purchased.
